Pros

Good cash-register interface. Good drink making machines and food services. Good management. Satisfied with managers behavior.

Cons

Needs better schedules, because people who use public transportation, are given shifts when there is no public transportation available!. Its really difficult to manage drive-thru window during rain and snow! Also need better drive-thru order taking machines.

Advice to Management

Need better drive-thru window system, because during rain and snow, everything just comes through the open window.

    Pros

free food on occasion. little work when not busy times.

    Cons

quite boring. older workers are obviously a lot more serious about the job than a young temporary worker and regularly get on your case.

    Pros

Good for high school students who have neither skills nor experience

    Cons

lack of staffing, unhygienic practices, mistreatment of employees, lack of employee benefits

    Advice to Management

Conduct mystery shopping to get a better idea of how franchises are ran. Do not let them compromise quality of food, customer service and employee benefits in mindless pursuit of maximizing earnings.
