Tom Hortons - Store Front/Baker (Current Employee)
Toronto, ON (Canada)

ProsTheir hospitality strategy for customers by following the FIve W's, which are Welcome, What, Work, Wow ( help older ppl or give free tim bits for babies or kids to get a "wow" from customer) and Wave as to say bye waving n smiling.

Consthere aren't really any downsides but as in my experience they need more workers during overnight shifts and enough bakers to substitute.
