ProsI always had more then enough hours and fast paced.

ConsPoor management, Understaffed all the time, lack of communication between staff and management.

    I have been working at Tim Hortons full-time for less than a year

    Pros: Free meals during breaks (though this really depends on which branch or franchisor you're working at), positive work environment, flexible working hours, well recognized customer… Cons: Encounters with unreasonable customers, back-breaking experience if you're assigned in receiving supply deliveries, repetitive… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
