not a bad place to start working for a part time job, it does have some good qualities about it. The hours weren't too bad, as long as you are a morning person

Cons

You will likely be always expected to fill shifts that other employees can't or won't. It's a bummer having to stay for a 16 hour shift with very little notice

Advice to Senior Management

The thing that I hated the most was how the tips were divided. It made no sense to divide the tips equally among everyone during a shift. It should be the tips go to the people on the shift.
