it is a job that is not two bad of an enviroment because most of the clientel is elderly and easy to please with your group of regulars

Cons

very young crowd to work with not much maturity or organiation. schedulig is a a disater a far asplaning ahead or haig a routine.

Advice to Senior Management

i have no advice, i like wormking they and will stay until i find better,. i think it is a great starter job, something to work hard and be proud of until you move forward
