Tim Hortons – “Good student job”

Pros

Flexible schedule, they worked around my schooling and extra-curricular activities. Good management for the most part, most are well trained and friendly, however some are short to the employees. The South Kamloops owner is awsome to work for and he listens to employee concerns. Good part time job for a student but I wouldn't make it a career.

Cons

I was not given any performance reviews and received no raise even after working there for two years and asking numerous times.

Advice to Senior Management

A nice soft cushy mat by the drive through window would make the feet feel much, much better after a long shift.
