Prosgood place to start
not too hard of a job
fun place to work
free drinks every shift and small meal plan

Consonly way to get a raise is to get a promotion and those rarely happen
even with promotion pay was substandard
very high turn over

Advice to Senior Managementcare more about your employees, they make or break your business. raises and praise when its deserved goes a long way

Pros: Free coffee is the only good thing Cons: uneducated managers and owners poor pay not benefits Advice to Senior Management: look at what store owners actually do, just do surprise… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
