    Pros

    good place to start
not too hard of a job
    fun place to work
free drinks every shift and small meal plan

    Cons

only way to get a raise is to get a promotion and those rarely happen
even with promotion pay was substandard
    very high turn over

    Advice to Management

care more about your employees, they make or break your business. raises and praise when its deserved goes a long way

    Pros

tim hortons will pay you a little better if you have previous experence working in a kitchen. They started me at 7.65 but promissed me 8 an hr if I was full time. Over night baker make better money too

    Cons

The catch working there is you have to be in the loop with your fellow co workers To trade shifts or to have people help you. You should share what your being paid so you know who is and who isnt geting screwed. Tim hortons is layed back. doesnt drug test and is staffed quite well mid shift. The mornings are crazy tho. but everyone is just ordering coffee and its very easy

    Advice to Management

    Hire more men honestly
