I worked at Time full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great work environment, good perks and benefits, "employee happiness" program of reimbursements for gym/health memberships, free tickets to movie screenings, magazines, etc. Potential for training and employee growth. They promote within very often.

    Cons

The print industry is having many layoffs with the digital industry. They're having a hard time keeping up with the new technology.

Detail-oriented and opportunistic CPG-like business model with defensive middle-management.

I have been working at Time full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Aggressive, optimistic attitude to business growth. Friendly co-workers with minimal internal selfishness.

    Cons

Limited upward mobility; contrived dedication to innovation and change.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Genuinely encourage change; create opportunities to laterally cross-train employees seeking to expand business knowledge (between marketing and sales)
