    I worked at Time as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

    Good structure, a lot of programming for interns (speeches, summer projects, etc.), good mentoring from my manager, positive interactions with HR

    Cons

    Company seems to be moving in the right direction in terms of moving from print to digital, just don't seem to be quite there yet - large company so change might take a while. That being said the new CEO they brought in has this target in mind

    Pros

    Great work life balance. Compensation is competitive with the industry. Management is very understanding and flexible.

    Cons

    The industry itself is in decline and there has not been enough innovation to stay relevant. There must be a more focused vision that should be communicated across the organization.
