    Approves of CEO

    Pros

It is a good environment to work at Time Warner Cable, not only because of the free cable and internet, but the people are more relaxing and easy-going

    Cons

Since it is a steady company, people would not leave the company. Less opportunities to grow in some sense if you are motivated and driven to grow.

    Advice to Management

Take some time to evaluate each staff, when u see the potential, please please promote them. Don't let them do the same thing over and over again.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Good training, good benefits, a lot of nice co-workers

    Cons

They make it really hard to earn commission. I was there for about 6 months and they changed the rules several times making it harder to earn commission. For example, if someone calls you for tech support because they're upset about their cable being out and you don't try to sell them phone service 3 times that is going to count against you for commission. A lot of co-workers that didn't seem happy but it was a job so they stayed.

    Advice to Management

Being reasonable. Be fair... Give out less candy and have a realistic tier system for employees to make money.
