“Good Salary, but lack in Career Development”
Current Employee – been working at Time Warner Cable
Pros – The salary is good and so is the work environment, but the support for career development from mangement is really bad. The senior mangement needs to be more transparent and provide good training for their staff.
Cons – The pressure and work load takes a toll on you.
Advice to Senior Management – Be proactive and Transparnet
