As long as you're hungry there is lots of money to be made

Inbound Sales Representative (Current Employee)
Albany, NY

I have been working at Time Warner Cable full-time for more than 3 years

ProsTime Warner Cable is really great at taking care of their employees, I have no complaints. The job isn't for everyone but if you're motivated you can do very well. Management gives you all the tools you need to be successful, you just need to apply them.

ConsWish we had more than two weeks vacation, taking time off can be difficult.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Fun work environment

Technical Support Representative (Former Employee)
San Antonio, TX

I worked at Time Warner Cable full-time for more than a year

Pros: Always have incentives to keep you at your best. Very fun work environment; my manager would randomly pull people off… Cons: Things change constantly and they don't always provide proper training beforehand. Conversely, they are very set in… Advice to Senior Management: Keep doing the incentives, it's way better than threatening termination. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
