    Pros

The people are very nice, it's a friendly, comfortable culture. They have fairly frequent business unit social events with food, etc. Good stable business.

    Cons

Pay is not great vs. other firms. Hard to make fast changes with politics.

    Advice to Management

Pay more to attract and retain top talent. Streamline decision making.

    Pros

Benefits, Association with well known brand, strong cable product, diverse market coverage, large pockets of good people

    Cons

Highly political environment, slow decision making, heavy top down management & communication, poor/disappointing T.I.A plan for AE's does not motivate to go beyond goals, lack of truly innovative ad products

    Advice to Management

Work on the culture and break down the barriers between corporate and the field. Gotta get real on what it takes to be setting the pace in this business or its going to be a bumpy ride.
