Time Warner Cable Customer Service Representative in Flushing, NY:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Commission and Benefits are pretty good. There is unlimted over time so you can make a lot of money.

Cons

The superviors a rude and not welling to help you. You sometimes left in the dark and need to defind for yourself. You have to be a stong-willed person and slef motorvated. The training is very intense and long. It takes about 90days of training and you are not guaranteed the job until then.

Advice to Senior Management

TO be a littler more helpful to your employees.
