This a racist company with poor management practices. You should get a union in the call centers, the only way you can fix something and get respect.

You have to go above HR ~ at least at your local level. there are good people working for that company with a lot of talent and they truly want to fix things and maintain them to the point where they need minimal 'fixing' repairs etc. The problem is those in the know are kept at the ankle to do the dirty work for low pay (Lifers). I know I sound as though I'm just spouting, but I love what I do I just do not agree with a lot of the 'allowed' practices outside of what is truly just treatment and what is in the guidelines of your employee handbook. The fear of retaliation by management is definitely present all the time, don't be afraid, stand up for what is fair and reasonable. Personally, I have not experienced any racism in my division and I'm happy to say we have a very diverse culture.

by File a Complaint:

HR and Management are all in it together, hire a lawyer or better yet file complaints with the employment office or the federal government. contact the media see if you get your story out, i bet you are not alone, plenty of people who are oppressed and tortured in this company. i see sad broken down lonely depressed people here all the time no one wants to speak up because no one wants to get fired. the government doesn't protect us, we need a union..... we have no job security... prisoners get better treatment then this. these guys are cruel and mean!
