Pros

The Pay is good for the area and people who enjoy their job stick around so you get a chance to build relationships here and they do have a decent 401k still and benefits for domestic partners. In down times you can email and go online for personal research.

Cons

Pay raises don't keep up with standard of living and there is know benefit to going above and beyond with a customer - just an email sent out to the floor. Management can be very cold and unwillingly to see things from the agents point of view
