great gig - great benefits great work environment. I enjoy what I do and my supervisors are very supportive to me and the training is excellent

Cons

i can't think of one ... perhaps sometimes we have to do overtime without much advance warning but we get paid handsomely for it.

keep doing what you are doing. training programs are excellent and staff is very supportive and benefits are very attractive to all
