    Pros

Time Warner is a friendly atmosphere, with great benefits.
Employees are valued, and self-empowerment and using one's own judgement is preferred.

    Cons

Work load is seemingly infinite, there is no down time.
Operational changes are frequent, such as handling calls for one division became handling calls for three divisions.
Evidence of restructuring, recently: senior managers that had been in the same position for 20 years are no longer employed. Lower level managers are transferring to other positions and not being replaced.
