Lack of Sensitivity from Executive Management.
Executive Management Communication Poor.
Manage by Fear and Intimidation
Human Resources Pretty Much Useless
Not the Brightest in making solid, financial, strategic decisions for the 'Good of the Company'

Communicate with each other and down to your staffs.
Listen!
Think before Acting.
Realize that your employees personal life's do occasionally impact their performance. Be there for them. " A Good Manager not only manages, supervises their Direct Reports, but must be a psychologist too".

    Pros

    Great experience with working in a team setting, chance to build a project from the ground up, real-world experience. Great benefits for team members!

    Cons

    They do not have an internship program. Having an internship with them for freshman and sophomore year would be beneficial.

    Invest in a internship program where students have the opportunity to receive a full time offer for the company.

    I have been working at Time Warner Cable full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    The pay is good (after you been there for awhile) and benefits great....variety of insurance options. Includes STD and LTD, pension, 401k, lots of chances for advancement.

    Cons

    All about the bottom line, keeps expecting more and more from employees, times when it is back to back calls all day long, months at a time..very high stress. They expect you to be a robot when taking all these calls

    Care more about employees
