    Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, positive work culture

    Cons

Professional positions are limited in development & promotion. Front line opportunities are in greater demand - very few women in positions of Manager and above.

    Advice to Management

Learn to communicate employee impacting information in a timely manner.
Provide leadership development to new-hire supervisors and above - give them the tools to be successful.
