I worked at Time Warner Cable full-time

    Pros

Great benefit package, decent pay, semi free cable

    Cons

There's no structure, no one knows what their doing yet their in upper management, as quickly as you adopt a policy or a way of doing things the way they want the change things. If your not good with sales expect to be fired

  2.

It used to be a great place to work but is now a soul sucking company

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Austin, TX

I worked at Time Warner Cable full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The benefits are one of the best, medical and 401k are great.
    Free cable TV and Internet.

    Cons

Upper management are useless, visionless, and reactionary rather than proactive.
Direction of company is unclear, seems like process changes and leadership change with the wind and for no apparent reason.
Training is non-existent. Prepare to jump in and gather your own documents, if you can find it in their complicated to navigate database.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Regionalization has turned the once great company to work for into a Keystone Cops operation. By not promoting within and bringing in directors and executives from outside has damaged the business. Perhaps once the dust settles or when they get bought out by another cable company this can turn back into the company it used to be.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
