    Pros

good benefits, amenities. Cafeteria, work out facilities. Community involvement. Educational opportunities. Liveable work environment, safe facilities. Effective training and volunteer opportunities.

    Cons

Sales staff not rewarded equally. Many issues with innacurate reporting. Pay is seemingly determined by Sales manager. Inbound Sales Staff rewarded with balloons and attaboys, and not real compensation. Not a job for any salesperson who takes their career seriously. Much crow to be eaten, and paycheck is determined by management. Leave your integrity at the door.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you are ok with the current state of affairs, then more power to you. It is only people's lives and livelihoods that you effect. If you feel that anyone is expendable, and that anyone deserves to succeed or fail, on your whim, then climb on up.

It is the most meaningless company in the history of commerce. Life is short. Don't waste your time here.
