Retail Sales, Account Receivable

Retail Sales Representative (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsThere is a Great commission plan, Benefits and 401K. Reps are usually allowed overtime.

ConsPromises for hourly raise was not met when I was there. There is favoritism. Lunch hour was different everyday.

Advice to Senior ManagementPromote in-store Sales Reps not outsiders from other departments.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
