Pros

Company believes in promoting from within, great chances for growth, fun environment, big company that could improve communications

Cons

Bad communications due to the fact that it's a big company. Upper management not always understands what issues are because not too much involved with daily operations/work of the front line people and customer issues.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get front line people more involved in business. They can be valuable source for Customer Service improvements and overall customer satisfaction

    Training, Working in team environment, Incentives

    Cons

    Rolling out new products before testing them and training the reps on the new products, Advertising something that is confusing to customers and call center reps which in turn increases the call volume, very little motivation to move to different positions within the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Just inform the reps that actually deal with the customers what is going on in a timely manner before things are changed or rolled out.

    Pros

    Great healthcare plan, dental, vision, pension, 3 weeks paid vacation, 7 hours per month accrued sick time, coworkers and management are great, they give you the tools to succeed if you want to make a career with them. iPad and cell phone included

    Cons

    Lengthy onboarding process. Should be provided company car.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Recruiters shouldn't be spread out the way they are and be assigned to neighboring territories. Less confusion and better communication that way.
