    Pros

Remote agent (work from home) available for top agents. Commission for sales and performance which is paid out monthly. Some reps make as much as double their paycheck! Lots of rewards for top agents like gift cards, food and even trips for the best of the best. Opportunities to promote or aply for higher positions are available. Nice facilities with cafeteria and reasonable costs for food. Equipment is capable of handling the workload

    Cons

Lots of emphasis put on sales. Minimum sales requirements imposed on all customer service agents. Learning curve is massive for anyone not familiar with the aspects of cable tv, internet and phone service. Salaries are a little low for the technical knowledge and skill required for all agents.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a really good look at salaries based on cost of living and location. $15/hr may work for places like Colorado or Texas if you're single, but its not much to work with in places like New York or California. Without a competitive wage, the turnover is great at this time. Yes there are new-hire training classes almost monthly, but its mainly to combat churn. These agents aren't being dismissed either. It's all from unhappy employees with skills who find better opportunities and higher wages elsewhere. Even an increase of $2.hr across the board would work wonders for lots of people.
