    None flexible work environment, no longer care for employees, only bottom dollar

    Pros: Co-workers make the work tolerable Cons: No longer flexible work hours, if you miss time you are frowned upon, written up & fired instead… Advice to Senior Management: Get back to flexible schedules in all departments.
