    Pros

Peers, The people you work with they make the job bearable in an ocean of madness.

    Cons

The constant effort to consolidate talent and resources, this has lead to the demoralization of the employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop thinking with your stock option in mind. Yes it is good to enrich share holders(but not every time) at the employee and customer expense.

I worked at Time Warner Cable full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good compensation, even during training and ramp up.
    Flexibility to plan your day.

    Cons

Don't expect any help, you are on your own to sink or swim. You are competing against your own fellow sales reps, inbound reps, vendors, and agents without any territory protection; but you can only cold call in a certain region with those other 30-40 other sales reps of that region.

Many places in the TWC area cannot be build to because it costs too much. If it does require a build out you don't get paid until after it is completed which could be 6 months to over a year easily.

Even if a company wants to switch, if they are in a competitors contact they won't be able to get out until it's over, which could be many years. Realize you are basically selling a commodity.

If you don't come from a big book of business I would not suggest going there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not much to say, expect to get the job done on your own.
