    Pros

    Nothing. People are treated poorly.

    Cons

I was being hassled by an HR rep at a call center and when I reported it they found areason to let me go. I actually told my manager about it and she actually confirmed that what I was experiencing was sexual harassment and told me "you can report it, but he'll deny it."

    Pros

Good people working hard for the customer, lots of pride in their work, good team spirit, reasonable pay and benefits. Being acquired by Comcast.

    Cons

The company is let down by poor management. At the upper levels, changes are made that create silos that inhibit cooperation between different areas. One part of the company makes a change to facilitate their objectives without caring how that may impact other areas.

    Advice to Management

Not much advice to give since they will likely be acquired by Comcast. If that does not happen, senior leaders need to take a look at how policies in one area effect other areas and work toward a more cohesive organization.
