    I worked at Time Warner Cable full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    I was allowed a great deal of autonomy and responsibility. This came with tremendous accountability. The category was fast paced, cutting edge and technologically advanced. The senior team was strong, and very focused on their unique areas of responsibility.

    Cons

    Allow the organization to settle into a better rhythm. At time the senior management was too focused on their own unique division. At times, this lead to miscommunications and slowdowns.

    Pros

    The support team was always supportive of each other, and would have no issue lending a hand for even the simplest questions. Of course, the benefits were outstanding. It was an easy, laid-back environment to work in.

    Cons

    The main challenge was having to sell while providing technical support to customers who may not be pleased with the service, which is mostly due to the reason they are calling for technical support.
