Former Employee – worked at Time Warner full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Great benefits and a good company to work for.

Cons – need more jobs in the South Carolina Market and stop moving the jobs to other states.

Advice to Senior Management – Management need to treat people like they are adults, and speak to their employees about job changes and movement of the departments. The management also need to explain what is going on with the company and not keeping their employees in the shadows.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
