    Keep the flow of communication going so that if you are not at the corporate office you still have an idea of what direction the company is going.

    need more jobs in the South Carolina Market and stop moving the jobs to other states.

    Management need to treat people like they are adults, and speak to their employees about job changes and movement of the departments. The management also need to explain what is going on with the company and not keeping their employees in the shadows.
