Time Warner – “So...So”

Pros

The benefits are great at Time. If you have children they make it very easy to work from home or provide onsite care.

Cons

The compensation isn't that great in comparison to other companies. Also there isn't a lot of room for growth within some of the departments.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a look at the overall structure of some of the departments. Make sure that available jobs always make it to the internal site so that everyone has a chance at applying for the position as an internal hire.
