I worked at Timken as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Very ethical company with lots of room for change and growth. Somewhat conservative company but they still take advantage of prosperous opportunities.

    Cons

There is not a ton of room to move to completely different product disciplines. Location is not very spread out throughout the U.S.

I have been working at Timken full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

They are very understanding about a work/life balance (at least the managers I worked for were).

    Cons

Extremely set on having a degree, hard stop in career development. No matter how long or how much experience you have in the field.
