    Pros

    - In general everyone is friendly and nice to share a workplace with.
    - There is some real talent to be found on the team.
    - Regular social events are fun and help build a strong team environment.
    - Salary very competitive, for certain departments in the studio.

    Cons

    - CEO stands in the way of any gameplay that is different than what the studio has done in the past. Every project starts imagined as one thing and is eventually reduced to the same builder game as always.
    - Mantra from the top is that monetization is the priority, making a well regarded game does not matter at all.
    - Foreseeable future is entirely focused licensing on third party IPs, no interest in creating any IP in house.
    - Extremely poor internal attitude towards respecting third party partners.
    - VERY HIGH rate of turnover recently because of the general disdain for the studio's current state and leadership.

    Advice to Management

    - If you hire quality people, trust them to do their jobs.
    - Stop micromanaging and trying to run every single project yourself.
