I worked at TinyCo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

1-feels exciting to work for startup to beat the big guys
    2-good office and co-workers
    3-mobile and games platforms

    Cons

1-company takes on personality of its founder, who is dishonest, manic, sociopathic, he kicked out his co-founder then lied about the reason to the company, was power-hungry, treats employees just as dismissively as he treated his co-founder
2-no structure / all those processes you took for granted at your last game company will look hot all of a sudden
3-no direction / casual? core? clones? licensed ip? data-driven? disney-art-quality? whatever sounds good this week

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

hire folks older in age to run the show, hire more from the game industry than the web/tech industry, be smart by admitting that you're not the smartest one in the room, pivot less and stand for more

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
