-young, energetic workplace
-endless support from upper management
-realistic expectations
-excellent benefits, vacation, company events
-"summer Fridays" : office closes at 1pm
-very professional environment based on honesty and integrity

-job growth is limited due to economic times

    Poor management
    Understaffed and overworked

    Grow up! You're not in high school anymore. It takes a TEAM to properly maintain an asset property. Stop creating 'cliques' and divisions among the employees.

    I have been working at Tishman Speyer as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    Friendly Employees
    Relaxed Atmosphere
    Standard internship, pays pretty well, at least for a summer internship. Would recommend to anyone.

    Cons

    Interns get most of the grunt work but thats pretty standard. Lots of mundane work at first, gets better over time.
