I have been working at TitleMax full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Excellent pay, a lot of upper management support from district and regional managment, lots of room for advancement, the hours are great. Each part of the management team is willing to come into your store and explain how things work, they help with marketing, and they are very helpful when you have questions or concerns. I am also fortunate to have an amazing GM to help me along the way.

Cons

The days can get kind of long when its slow, collections is the least fun but its just a part of the job

I worked at TitleMax full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The company has a good group of General Managers that work together as a team. Sundays off. 2 days a week off, max 48 hours. Good pay with the ability to earn 6 figures. OK Benefits.

    Cons

Selling loans at up to 203.88% to people who should not be getting loans in my opinion. What have you done for me lately attitude by some of the DM's. Some GM's were always afraid they were going to lose their job.
