Compensation and growth opportunities await the right candidate or the wrong candidate. However, only if you get in the right store.

They promise you great opportunities and salaries as managers without advising that those are only for people in 1 out of 10 stores.

More transparency in the hiring process and better utilization of talent within the company.

Current Employee - Office Manager in Gainesville, GA

    Pros

Working with customers to solve their financial needs is a plus.

    Cons

There is a lack of work life balance with this company. Compensation for upper management can be handsome depending on the location of the office you work with. Lower level employees beware if you are looking for good pay and benefits please avoid. Your worth is based upon a month to month basis.

Former Employee - General Manager  in  Phoenix, AZ
Former Employee - General Manager in Phoenix, AZ

    Pros

The pay was ok while you were on a guaranteed override, but to many locations to make money.

    Cons

They rip off low income people with very high interest rates and payment that the customer can't afford. they also don't treat their employees very well and make them work long hours and give them a large workload, they also are understaffed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your loan program needs to give more information to the customers and make sure they have a full understanding of what their signing and how the intrest works if your just a couple dayd late.
