Current Employee – been working at TitleMax of Georgia full-time for less than a year

Pros – stable company, base and health insurance, successful business model. Take the job if you cannot find a better company

Cons – micro managed, field disconnected from corporate initiatives, corporate fails to support store efforts, company very frugal will not invest in some needed proper equipment, back rooms, janitorial which otherwise would make it a nice place to work, etc. Bad knee-jerk decision making by management and corporate. Poor management
