I worked at Tocquigny as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – + Talented, energetic and inspiring team ( cannot overstate this, the people are wonderful)
+ Numerous opportunities for professional growth and development
+ Size of agency and culture contribute to a "family" feel
+ Opportunities to work on client-facing work while in school
+ Tocquigny often hires from the group of current and former interns
+ Comprehensive and student-centered internship program
Cons – - Clear and concise vision for the future of Tocquigny is not currently communicated
- While the small size allows for opportunities to work outside your role, communication of expectations and involvement surrounding these events is sometimes unclear.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep working on the five year plan and hone the vision of Tocquigny. Having seen the initial work in this area, you all are moving in the right direction.
