People make the difference here!

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsTEL employees work hard - they are dedicated and have a spirit for customer service. The company is conservative which drives their stability. Employees tend to create strong working relationships with their co-workers. TEL senior management does care about the people who drive and support the TEL business partnerships...I see it everyday.

ConsIf one is a huge risk taker or not dedicated to their credibiltiy...they won't "fit" at TEL.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

!! Challenging !! Work profile for every business domain/ vertex

Embedded Engineer (Former Employee) Yokohama, Kanagawa (Japan)

I worked at Tokyo Electron as a contractor for more than 5 years

Pros: I worked on contract (Haken) at subsidiary of TEL, but i must say Best place to work for. 1. No difference between contract (Haken) or permanent… Cons: 1. Less Global People, mostly Japanese personal 2. Japanese Language is primary mode of communication 3. Some departments are really filled with typical Japanese personals, so… Advice to Senior Management: It will be better if people with lower profiles can input their voice/ vote for the future projects… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
