ProsGreat financial strength, excellent systems, able to make quick decisions to market conditions, and the best employees in the business.

ConsA job with Toll does not come without sacrifices. Be prepared to work to standard not time (i.e. work until the job is done and done right, not 9-5).

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to be attentive to how they are compensating their middle management teams. Middle management has kept the company afloat during the down turn and will be the driving force behind Toll Brothers' successful emergence into the "New Normal".

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
