ProsGood downtown Location with access to public transportation. Also provided with off street parking.

ConsNot given the tools needed to do the job properly
Outdated Product
No team building
Micromanagement
Poor pay

Advice to Senior ManagementProvide your employees with the tools they need to do the job and allow them to do the job they were hired for.

Good people, slow-moving company

Great place to get experience, then RUN!

Pros: Great location downtown, good hard working people in the ranks, good place to get experience...whether you are fresh out of college or updating your… Cons: Turnover is a huge problem at Tomax. The pay is below average, even for Utah's market, so rather than attracting/retaining the best talent in… Advice to Senior Management: Start caring about YOUR PEOPLE. Find ways to attract, and more importantly RETAIN the best talent.
