A Stepping Stone

Development Manager (Former Employee) Salt Lake City, UT

ProsCertain teams were better to work for than others. Nice down town location. Some quality people, but not so many.

ConsManagement philosophy doesn't promote excellent customer satisfaction. No room for growth. If you aren't in the "In" crowd, you won't go anywhere in the company. Ego and politics abound. Lots of churn and turn over with a "ride em' hard" and when they are worn out, replace them mentality.

Advice to Senior ManagementSell the company. That will be the only way to change the culture here.

Pay them what their worth,… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
