I have been working at Toni & Guy full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Free Hair services for all employees
Make up Classes for Front desk
Working with people
If you're trained enough as a makeup artist, you get to go to fashion shows

Cons

Very very low pay for a lot of work
Get called in a lot
Not enough training for new employees
Hardly ever have any coverage for the front desk for all locations
Treated very badly as a new receptionist

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat the front desk kindly. We do our best, but we're not hairdressers.
