Pros

Cons

Very very low pay for a lot of work Get called in a lot Not enough training for new employees Hardly ever have any coverage for the front desk for all locations Treated very badly as a new receptionist

Advice to Management

Treat the front desk kindly. We do our best, but we're not hairdressers.

    Pros

Free education. Talented staff. Flexible with scheduling needs. Free hair services.

    Cons

Low pay. Constantly dealing with work issues off the clock. Gossip. No decent benefits. Very poor communication amongst leadership.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect and kindness. Refrain from gossiping and speaking negatively about employees, it breeds hate around the workplace. Be professional and don't sleep with your staff. Seek ways to pay underpaid staff more, they may be more effective and want to stay. Work on your major lack of communication. Stop expecting employees to want to work overtime for free.
