I worked at Tony Roma's full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Exciting menu, it is always changing and the wide variation is something that brings customers into the door. Reasonable pay, good hours

    Cons

Too much management turnover, particular BOH management. Management does not always work in the best interest of the rest of the staff. Very poor inventory procedures: several items would be 86'ed quickly, even on a slow night

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change your philosophies of how you treat your staff, it will keep your supervisors and kitchen managers longer and well as your employees. Learn how to do inventory proeperly so that key items do not run out quickly
