Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would advise that they provide better training on their products and make themselves more accessible and available. It was very difficult to get develop my pipeline because management was constantly firing RSM's. As soon as I started to hit a stride they would fire the Sales Rep and i would have to start all over. The process they used to organize meetings and their list of contacts was really poor and made it difficult to maintain relationships.

    Pros

They have an ok security product.
There pricing makes the product easier to sell.
Working remotely is the only position I would recommend taking.

    Cons

Management think they know everything and do not take any feedback from sales force.
They pay as little as they have too.
They do not acknowledge employees accomplishments.
They take 3 months to reimburse your traveling expenses.
They make you pay for everything but flight ticket on your own credit card.
They make you coordinate with other workers when getting transportation, and you have a small budget for meals and hotel.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They step on dollars all the day, just to get to a dime.
Put some money into marketing and get the word out on the product.
Don't belittle the employees through fear and intimidation.
