Toro Company – “A Great Place To Work”

I am confused by the Pros vs. Advice message. On the one hand you are saying that Toro places 'strong value in employees' yet then you state that senior management doesn't listen to their employees? It's not hard to get lost in the shuffle if you are providing such strong value - most people (even sr. managers) will listen to valued employees. But then again, there is a 10% reduction in workforce plan being executed in 2009, so maybe on the strongest valued employees will remain.
