    I worked at Tory Burch

    Pros

The company is growing fast, good place to be if you are experienced and are hoping to have your share of an IPO in the future.

    Cons

    Communication is usually through emails.

Very stressful environment, you are rewarded for being hard working but not for being smart and driven.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management is weak, too many managers around, too much energy goes into internal fighting over power. Managers are likely to blame subordinates for their own mistakes and misconducts. Should rather move furniture out of their employees way.
