    Pros

Very flexible with regard to work hours. Laid back dress code. Hands on code with unlimited access to software.

    Cons

Highly Poisoned Work Environment where "the few" pull strings and where they Relish the opportunity to talk negative about to management. Very high turnover for newbie's.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You set people up for failure. You let others control you. You show no concern for CDI workers. You need to put work first and politics last.

No room for growth. Can be quiet boring

    I worked at Toshiba

    Pros

A pretty stable position for the most part.

    Cons

Extremely hard to move in any department. Once you are hired in this department expect to stay. When you are brought onboard there is no pay raise. They are extremely TIGHT with money. Also, it's so hard to ask for time off. Overall, the position once you get it down offers no challenge, has a lot of downtime, and can get very boring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer some type of incentives to your employees, whether it be some kind of raise in the future, more projects, more opportunities, etc. just to keep people motivated to work there.
