Cons

Headquarters meddles too much. Waterfall software development. Some managers in Georgia are not talented managers, and sometimes it really shows.

Advice to Senior Management

Have the fortitude to let go of under-performing managers. There is some "good 'ol boys" nonsense that goes on at HQ in Georgia.
