Former Employee – worked at TouchCommerce

Pros – A company comprised of fun elements and based upon reasonable circumstances, caters to fit work schedules with personal life as it is a business that works around the clock.

Cons – The company lacks direction and often runs into issues with clients as a vendor which then translates to other employees but management. The environment, although sometimes fun, is much to lax which then transpires into the call center agents and their supervising staff looking like a children's nursery being operated.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
